Return Policy: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Here at Material Girl Fabrics we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction and are happy to accept returns due to manufacturer's defects. In these cases please contact us via e-mail at returns@materialgirlfabrics.com or call (308) 381-6675 for return arrangements. We are not able to accept returns on cut fabric.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS UNLESS PRE AUTHORIZED BY MATERIAL GIRL FABRICS.
If we have made an error with your order or you have received damaged fabric, please call us immediately, and one of our representatives will assist you.
